Significant flaws - wait for the iWatch
Set-up and syncing were relatively straight forward but using the tracker on a day to day basis was a bit if a pain.

I had not realised that you had to remove the device from the strap and hold your finger over the sensor to take your heart rate - I thought it would do this directly from your wrist. I should probably have looked into this in more detail before buying as there is already an app to do this directly on the iphone using the camera.
When you try and replace the device in the strap after checking your heart rate you also catch the hairs on your arm which can be irritating.
The button on the device is awkward to use as it the fact that the text on the device is effectively rotated 90 degrees from where you would expect on a normal watch.
The battery life is just about ok and it charges up quite quickly.
The sleep sensor is quite interesting but you have to remember to switch it on and off otherwise the readings aren't taken.
Overall - wait for the iWatch as I'm sure it will wipe the floor with this device. …

I just returned this item

Wearing it daily, it kept on crashing and failing to take my heart rate. Then on several occasions you wouldn't notice as you go about your daily activity that the screen had just frozen. You could have been walking around and exercising all day and the tracker would have failed to record this! I made sure the software was up to date, but I constantly found I was resetting the device by holding the button down for 15 seconds. This becomes frustrating when you have to do this several times a day.
The design is poorly thought out, the central unit is removable (which I think is pointless as most people would wear it as a complete watch), and this meant that I found the device ejecting itself from my wrist onto the floor on several occasions when I wore it to the gym and used the weights machines. At one point I left the gym and realised the device wasn't with me, only to find it on the floor by a machine. This shouldn't happen.
When it did work it was quite informative and I liked the app. It synced well with MyFitnessPal and RunKeeper but the device itself is not fit for purpose. …
