Apple Recommends For

Designed to integrate your iPod or iPhone into your active lifestyle with bass-thumping stereo sound and an integral anti-microbial agent.

Waterproof materials and an adjustable earhook give fitness enthusiasts a secure fit for any activity. And wireless Bluetooth connectivity delivers maximum hands-free convenience.

Sweat proof

A water-resistant seal protects your headphones from sweat-related damage.

Washable

Use of waterproof materials means you can wash your headphones under running tap water.

Bass-thumping stereo sound

Finely tuned acoustics enhance your sporting experience and fuel your workout.

Optimal sound at low volume

You don't have to turn up the volume in noisy places anymore. Angled Acoustic Pipe and the perfectly sealing earbuds cut off background noise significantly, delivering the same quality sound at lower volume. This also means longer battery life.

Ultra-soft silicon caps

Three sizes of ultra-soft silicon caps sit comfortably in your ears without adding pressure to them while blocking out unwanted noise.

SwitchStream

With SwitchStream you hear a ring tone in your headset when you're receiving a call on your Bluetooth enabled phone. You can then pick up the call from your headset and return to your music after ending the call. Never miss a a beat, never miss a call.

Easy call and music management

Sensitive microphone, volume, call and track controls are all integrated into the headset so you don't need to take out your iPhone for changing volume, tracks or picking up the call.

Dual mic for noise reduction

Built-in dual mic technology helps reduce noise, so you get crystal clear calls even in windy or noisy environments.

Wireless call management

Manage your calls without using your iPhone—including receiving and cancelling and voice dialling and redialling.

    One day....

After various attempts to find a good bluetooth headset I gave this a go. Plus points - beats Plantronics/Motorola hands down on comfort - though the connecting cable could be longer and it still makes me look like Dumbo (I can live with that). The downside? As seems to be the case with all bluetooth headsets, the volume level at top whack is pathetic. I'm not deaf - I can hear people in the 'real world' calling me Dumbo when the volume is at it's highest which makes the 'bass-thumping streo sound' description absurdly exaggerated. If Plantronics, Motorola, Senheisser and Philips pool resources maybe one day .........? More

Poor Volume + Poor Bluetooth Connection

    • Written by from Rayleigh

Bought these after trying Plantronics and Motorola S9-HD's as other sites had rated these well. Had them for 4 days and had to return them.

Volume level was terrible, even with both the iPhone and Headset turned up to full. The connection over Bluetooth was unreliable even when the iPhone was less than 6" away from the Headset in the top front pocket of my suit jacket.

Plus points - Good fit, audio reproduction and battery life.
Negatives - Unusable when on the move which is a shame.

    Tried them all...

I have had the plantronics and Motorola BT headphones and like all other users ended up with these. When used during sports found that hey moved around a touch which resulted in a loss of volume. When used in the office (I work on my own) I found sound quality to be superb and the phone function a handy bonus although if you move around too much the mike tends to clip your speech.

Connectivity was great when still but when active I had to use an armband to get the audio to stream without dropouts

I think there is still a way to go with BT headsets before they tick all the boxes but this one is probably the best of the BT neckband headsets out there.
