Yes, it's fingerprint free - but at a huge cost.
Here's what they don't mention - To quote the packaging itself:
"Usage of t his film on your device's screen will reduce image clarity and touch sensitivity"
And it sure does. Everything looks very grainy and it's a constant battle to get touches and swipes recognised.

Very worthy
Very happy with this product. I got it 2 years ago upon buying the ipod, one screen protector has lasted the whole time.
I reco mmend you fit this product meticulously. Make every effort to ensure all sufaces are clean before applying and take care before peeling back to adhere this film to the screen. Air bubbles can be ironeded out as you carefully fit the screen protector.
It's true, the shine goes from the screen. It's not grainy, it's the anti-glare effect, the film is a matte finish. A small air bubble was on one corner, but this literally ironed itself out quite soon.. Also, smudging is greatly reduced and usability of the screen is not compromised (in my experience).
No scratches or peeling.
