Best for fitness, worst for finding replacement buds

These also are the best for using on airplanes since the go deep in the ear.

    Pros and Cons

    • Written by from Claremore

The fit was good. As was written by another reviewer, if you aren't focused on something else you may start to feel irritation after wearing them fro a while. In response to people complaining about the sizes offered, the company does have additional sizes available for no extra charge if you contact them (instructions for process are included in the box). My favorite part is that they really do stay put once they are put in. My least favorite part is that I experience a lot of wind noise with the slightest breeze.

Don't buy them if you have small ears!

    • Written by from Kemptville

Uncomfortable! The sound is ok. I went from a pair of Apple earbud to the Bose MIE2i, which were stolen, to a pair of Jabras with the earfin (which I sweated into and shorted-out), to these. I just want my Bose back :( But I'm going to try the Sennheiser Adidas MX680i before I go back to buying Bose again... just because I seem to be going through a lot of earbuds and it's getting expensive. I don't want to risk shorting out the Bose and not have it covered under warranty.

Where the Bose were so comfortable, I forgot I was wearing them, these just caused me pain. They don't come with a smaller fitting, and that's my whole issue with them. I also find that the Y where the mic and the controls are located is too low on me. It hangs at my belly and I'm 5'3". That's just not practical for a phone call, as I have to hold the Y closer to my face for people to hear me. Kinda defeats the purpose of 'hands-free'.

Decent price, decent fit, poor sound

    • Written by from Amherst

The headphones will be used for working out only so sound quality is not the most important for me, but sound is pretty bad...even when compared to the standard apple ear buds. The fit takes a while to get used to but in the end they stay in pretty well. If you're looking at these headphone for working out only and can't find headphones that stay in your ears, these are the ones for you. If you are interested in sound quality you may want to look elsewhere.

    Yes, they stay in place!

    • Written by from Billdal

These sports earbuds really stay in place and are very comfortable! My last earphones were Sennheiser MX 680i. Their sound quality was clearly superior, when they were exactly in place, which they rarely were. However, the Yurbuds sound too flat for my taste. I now use the Yurbuds covers on my Sennheiser earphones and I am more than happy. Except, I could have bought just Yurbuds enhancers (covers) for 1/3 the price.

Not made for sprinting or cycling

    • Written by from Savoy

Sound quality 8 out of 10. No need to worry about sweat causing them to fall out. That is what appealed to me. However, they are basically useless if you want to run sprints or go cycling. Wind noise will be twice as loud as your music. This has been my experience. I've also emailed the company for solutions to the wind noise. No answer in over a week.

Great durability and fit - mediocre mic

    • Written by from Portland

I was really happy with the sound, quality of build, and fit when I first left the store with these. Based on these attributes alone, I would give a 4-5 rating, especially for the price. However the problem came when I use the mic. I ride my bike while talking on the headphone frequently, and there is a strong echo, as well as an extreme oversensitivity to background noise and wind. Back to the Apple store I go.
