Apple's policy is to not give any information about updates until they are released. So the answer is "it will be supported when it is supported". If it is important to you to have more clarity, you may want to switch to Adobe Lightroom.

I have Aperture 1.5.6 - do I need the Aperture 2 Upgrade ($99) or the full version ($199)?
I bought Snow Leopard and then tried to download pictures and found out the hard way - I need a new version of Aperture. I have Aperture 1.5.6 - do I need the Aperture 2 Upgrade ($99) or the full version ($199)?
Is there anything else that will have a problem with the new Snow Leopard.
Thanks -

Aperture is an image processing/management software, you can change many parameters in your images, like exposure, saturation, contrast, etc,
as well as catalog, archive and manage thousands of photographs. For what you' re trying to do you'll need Photoshop instead of Aperture.- Answered by MH from Ontario

is Aperture 2 compatible with D300S, when I see D300 is on the list?

Hi JW.
Unfortunately at the moment the D300s is not compatible, the D300 and the D300s use a different version of the NEF codec and the one from the newer D300s is not yet supported.
One option would be to use the Adobe DNG converter to convert your RAW images to DNG's which then work with Aperture.- Answered by DR from Leeds
