    Yep, it fits the new iPad with no issues. Even makes it a little easier to close

  • I bought it and the iPad3 fits in very snugly. when you pull the cover over there is just a little opening, but since it fits in with the smart cover all is protected for lets say travel or throwing in a backpack or computer bag.
    I still will still purchase a snap case for protecting the bottom when in use. (Incase makes these as well)
