Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic

Will these earphones work with the eight gigabyte model. As it does not come with earphones with a remote and a mic.

  • If you are referring to 8gb ipod touch, the headphones do work with all versions. However, the volume control features will only work with ipods that have been released since this version of headphones came out. When that was, I'm not really sure, I believe about 2 years ago.
