will it drive two separate monitors? I am trying to hook up four monitors and need to upgrade from my nVidia GeForce GT 120s

    It will drive up to 3 monitors simultaneously. However to add the 4th, you need to either use a second graphics card that doesn't require additional power, or find a PCIe y-cable to split the power from the mainboard to the graphics card. Also beware that these cards take up 2 PCI slots, so you will run out of space quickly stacking them up.

  • I bought two of the Radeon HD 5770 Graphic Upgrade Kits and installed them after receiving the feedback on my question. Installed in minutes and now have three separate monitors running perfectly. My MAC PRO4,1 is a 2x2.26 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xenon. I highly recommend this upgrade.
