What about sound quality & loudness when I'd speak, does it have an additional microphone on Aux wire or smth?

To be properly be heard in "the other side of the line" you might need to speak a bit louder than usual.

I really do not know if any extra mic could be connected to the aux, but I know for a fact that if you connect to the stereo by the aux output of the belkin the sound is great (As if no bekin was used actually), and the belkin functionality remains the same as if the fm connection facility was used.

I actually do not think the aux can be used in anyway to handle a microphone.
