can i use Apple 60W MagSafe Power Adapter, im from japan and move to phillipines?

Yes, you are able to use your 60W MagSafe Power Adapter in the Philippines.
Even thought Japan has 100V outlets and the Philippines has 220V outlets, your 60W MagSafe Power Adapter automatically switches to the correct input voltage. As long as the input voltage is between 100V-240V AC.
So there is no need to worry because Apple has thought of this for us, just plug it in and you are good to go. :)
The only thing you may need to buy is the Apple World Travel Adapter Kit for the different outlet styles in the Philippines.
