Would two of these work in crossfire in Windows? (2006 Mac Pro 1,1)
I know that you can crossfire graphics card on a Mac Pro while running windows, but would it work with these, official apple cards, or better yet one apple card and one PC (non-flashed) card. Thanks in advance.

The previous poster is incorrect, in just about everything he said unfortuntely.
Assuming the card has a top edge CrossFireX connector, then two of them will indeed work in any Mac Pro under Windows, and will do so in CroddFire mode. The caveat to this is that unlike many lesser priced (yet more powerful) PC gaming rigs, NO Mac Pro has two 16x PCI-E slots. The best you'll end up doing is x16 (1), or x8 (2) with regard to video cards.
But keep in mind that while no video card made yet can even fully saturate a PCI-E 1.0 slot, let alone a 2.0 slot, you will only see a modest performance gain by going the CrossFire route on a Mac Pro due to the aforementioned data lane reduction to x8 for both cards. CrossFire may not woek properly (or at all) if you have the cards configured as x16 (main) and x8 (slave).
In all honesty, for the power you'll be using, and the extra noise incurred, the gains are not worth the price of admission on Mac Pros. If you really feel the need to go CrossFire with this card, you may wish to wait for the 5870 to be released. It too apparently works with all Mac Pro models, though it does require both PCI-E power connectors be in use (the card will come with these).- Answered by Eric R from Hayward

The Mac Pro 1.1 does not have 2 express PCI slots. Unless you have a way to hook one of these up to a regular PCI slot, then you can't put two of them in. I would like to know if you were able to put 2 in.
