No. You'll have to purchase OSX 10.6 snow leopard from the Apple store and upgrade your computer in order to download and install OSX Lion.

You have to upgrade to Snow Leopard 10.6.6 or higher to get the App Store. Lion is available on the App Store.

According to Wikipedia, Lion will only be available as an App download from the Mac App Store. The first Mac OS to support the Mac App Store is Snow Leopard 10.6.6. So I would think we will need Snow Leopard in order to install Lion. Perhaps we will need to wait for Lion's release in July to confirm this.

No, to get Lion or Mountain Lion you have to download them from the App Store, which you don't get until you have installed 10.6 and ran software updates to get to 10.6.8.
