Many softwares need middle mouse button to work.

    unfortunately, the Magic Mouse does not have a middle mouse button, and as of now, does not support any software solution that would replicate it.

  • YES.

    use either magic prefs or magic driver to set this up. obviously there is no middle button. however, you could set up say a two finger or three finger click to function as a middle button command. same goes for using expose, keyboard shortcuts, etc.

    But you must use a app to do it. I use Magic Prefs and it works fine!
    Wiht this app, you can set up buttons using one, two, three and four finger. Taps with one, two, three and four fingers...
