Can I charge my IPhone using the keyboards usb 2.0 port ?

    No, unfortunately the two USB ports are unpowered - They'll work connecting a camera or printer, or anything else that doesn't need power, but cannot charge the iPhone.

  • I don't know when what product they are mentioning, but my circa 2007 keyboard plugged into my MacbookPro4,1 running Mountain Lion charges my iPhone 4S at 500ma+400ma (Max charge rate on the iPhone 4S is 500ma+500ma), so I think the previous answer is not 100% true. It seems it will charge, but at a slightly lower rate (900ma vs 1000ma) than if plugged directly into a Mac USB port.
