are there any battery cases with cool designs?

I am looking for something that isnt just a plain case with a battery pack for my iphone 5. I also want an apple charger for my battery case. I understand that apple is holding up the release of the specs for other manufacturers to be able to offer this type of connector and I am willing to wait till they become available and that is only because I would like some design to my case not just a plain boring black white or grey. Does anyone know of a good quality, high protection case with some designs on it?
