Which Mac book Pro is best for use in a home studio or a professional studio?
I started looking at macbook pros a while ago. eventually, I started wondering which one would be best for me. I'll be getting one for the same reasons any person would get one: things like storing photos, videos, music, word and powerpoint documents and other things; however, most of what I'd do with one is writing and recording music with software like Logic Pro or Pro Tools. review sites and recommendations from friends have told me that the base line 13 inch would be fine. but, I've also told my friends that I'd like to write video tracks to go with my projects in, for example, Logic Pro. when that comes up, nobody seems to know. Now, I wonder if one of the 15 inch models is preferred for that, or if there's even a noticeable difference between the two computers. any ideas?

You need a Macbook pro 15", atleast 4 GB of Ram (8GB recommended), 750 GB HD @7200 RPM, and you'll be fine
13" is too slow for your usage.- Answered by Ali A from Thornhill
