Where can I purchase the tool to open the simcard porta?l
There is a small metal "pin" with a ring to attach it to a key chain to open the portal to replace the sim card. Where can I buy one?

You dont have to buy one, you just need a Tooth Pick or a Thumb Nail to open the door to the sim card slot. It will work!

I've used a small paper clip - just push straight in until the sim card pops out.
