Overview
A charge/sync dock, media card reader, and USB hub, the Griffin combines multiple functions in one convenient device. It charges USB-rechargeable iPod models as they sync with your computer through the included USB mini cable. You can also use Simplifi’s USB ports to plug in keyboards, printers, cameras, flash drives, scanners, external hard drives--anything USB 2.0-compatible. Simplifi ships with an AC adapter for those USB devices that need a powered port.

This handsome product replaced three devices from my desk. In one fell swoop I got to clear away my old USB hub, my camera's SD card reader, and my standard iPhone dock. Griffin's sweet Simplifi Dock is more solid and stable than my old iPhone dock, and it looks great, too, sporting the same brushed aluminum look of my Apple keyboard and Cinema Display. This is a terrific product!

This dock works great for charging and as a card reader, however, when attempting to sync (or do software updates) my Nano's (2) or Touch's (3), I get errors or it simply times out. I do NOT have this issue with the Apple Doc. …More

I love how it cleaned up my cluttered desk area.
It works like a charm, however I find that the usb and power connection on the back is a little too sensitive. If I happen to move to the hub slightly, it often drops connection. …More1 of 3 people found this useful

Unit was broken out of the box. the housing was separated from the inner workings making it impossible to load cards or dock iPhone.
