The AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan delivers expert telephone and email support with 30-minute response time--24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hardware repair coverage ensures four-hour onsite response during business hours and next-day onsite response after business hours (terms apply). Onsite response time and availability of onsite service depend on your location. With the AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan, you'll have the assurance that Apple-authorized technicians will perform repairs using genuine Apple parts.
Buy a separate AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan for each Xserve system purchased. Please note that to be eligible, the system must be under its original one-year warranty. Coverage is not activated until after you enroll by following the instructions in your enrollment kit. Coverage ends three years after your Xserve system purchase date.
