As I am walking or even driving in my vehicle, the alarm mode (both phone and hipkey) sounds and silences on its own. Seems something is causing interference or a lost BT signal. So far, I'm not thrilled.

It would be somewhat tolerable if some of the false alarms respected the safe zone setting but it doesn't. On several occasions this has gone off during inappropriate times, meetings, dinners with friends, and so forth.

My boyfriend not wanting to hurt my feelings continues to use it as his key chain, but it's completely turned off. Since it's still under warranty I contacted the Manufacturer and submitted a warranty submission and have not heard back. It's been over a month.

I would not buy from this Manufacturer again and will vet products more carefully even when being endorsed by Apple.

I've had this about 8 months and my take is mixed. Rarely connects to your bluetooth automatically, always gonna do it manually. W I've had this about 8 months and my take is mixed. Rarely connects to your bluetooth automatically, always gonna do it manually. When I do it manually it still doesn't always work. When it works it does its job. There are some false alarms that happen more than it should. Randomly somewhere and the alarm goes off. Is this a horrible product? No. Is it a great product? No. If this were a $20 dollar item I'd be more okay with its flaws but for $60? Not worth it.
