    Pocketfinder Review from Brandon Manitoba

    We are about a month into our use of the pocketfinder, to keep track of our mid 80's mother with dementia. She is an avid walker and bus rider who is currently always finding her way home, however she is unable to tell us where she has been.
    The Pocketfinder has been a remarkably useful tool for us ! The signal works great, the computer program is easy to access and follow and the help desk was very accommodating on two occaisions.
    I prefer tracking the pocketfinder with the layout of the computer over the IPhone App .My two sisters and I all monitor the same account to minimize the safety risks of a very mobile dementia patient.
    I give a strong positive recommendation for this product and we have found it very useful in Brandon Manitoba Canada.     …More

    Customer service cannot be beat !!!!

    Is the product perfect ? ..... Certainly not.

    However, given the price point the value is unbelievable: Wayward kids, lazy workers, lost luggage, " troubled " adults, mileage reporting , etc.... Far easier to keep track of now! The possibilities are endless :)

    Reasonable price, and inexpensive monitoring with NO contract ... What more could you ask ?

    Now here comes the best part: The customer service is unparalleled. There is a 1-800 number that even works in Canada. The phone menu is easy. I have not had to wait more than a minute. As an English speaking male, and perhaps in the minority, I have been able to understand everyone who answers the phone! It still gets better - the person on the other end follows through , if they are unable to solve your concerns on the spot. I have received follow up calls, and emails.

    In conclusion , very good product, with endless functionality, at a fair price, with THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received.
