What is the warranty on the headphones?

I need to replace the headphones that came with my iPhone, what is the warranty on this headphone (or the one that came with my iPhone)?

    Warranty is 1 year when you buy at the Apple Store.

    It is REALLY useful, because one of my heads started peeling and wires started showing. I took it to the store, showed them my receipt, and they just gave me a brand new one.
