What programs are used for art like how Windows has Paint program? need to install in Mac Pro

  Apple uses iLife programs that should come preinstalled or if you need more you can see what the Mac App Store has to offer. Apple also sells programs on Apple.com. Go to the Mac tab at the top of the screen, and then click on applications and see what they have there.
  
  I would think there is some sort of paint program for the Mac platform, but check on that.
