Fear not the pink
Okay. Yes, I am a girl but, I'm not a "girlie girl". I'm independent, strong, mature and not at all concerned with what others th ink. Sort of a red, black or blue cover you might say. But when I went to the display of beautiful new iPad covers, there hung an almost full rack of pink. All of the strong, independent and socially popular colors had been selected down to just a few. Clearly, tte people have spoken. I chose the beautiful pink. At first I thought I could put it back and pick a a more popular color. Or, pick a color that I actually liked more. But the pink was calling out to my individuality and beside, it really is a very nice shade.
I love my pink iPad cover. It stands apart from the others. It's individual, strong and confident... Like me!

Cover slips off
The magnetic cover slips off unless it is fully closed/open in the flat position. I had the cover in the rolled up position and wa s passing the iPad to a student to show her something and the cover slipped off. iPad dropped out of our hands, dropped a foot and hit the table. iPad screen now smashed up. Student horrified. I'm heartbroken and have a big bill to replace iPad -- I'd only had it a week. I'm ordering a different cover. …

Case can't stand up
This case isn't as advertised. You can't stand this case up with any reliability. The edges are hard and will cut into you. Every thing the commercial says it will do it actually won't do. The only pro to this case is that it will cover the whole iPad and it looks cool but I'd rather have something that will work rather than looks. This is a miss apple. Another miss since jobs left get it together I'm not impressed …

This is a GREAT cover. I've had mine since I purchased my iPad Dec 2011 and it is still working just fine. I use the iPad every si ngle day and the cover has never come off. I'm able to watch videos by using the cover as a stand. I'm able to type by using the cover to prop it up. I highly recommend this cover. …

Great product!
I love my smart cover! I use my iPad for just about everything. The smart cover is great because it protects the screen but does n't make the iPad bulky. I also love that it allows the iPad to hibernate without any additional action by the user. I have seen a few reviews saying that the cover doesn't hold up and the liner starts getting loose. I have had my cover for almost three years now and have not had any problem with it. My only complaint is that I wish they made more/better colors for them. I got pink because it was the best choice but I would really like something different now. …

As a cardiac nurse I do believe the magnets that are used to activate or deactivate a pacemaker/defi brilator are a different type of magnet than those that would be easily purchased in a store. Furthermore the magnets on this case are too low of a quality to do any damage. One of the Cardiologists that comes to the hospital has one of these and he takes it into pts rooms, some of who have pacemakers, and it hasn't interferred with the pacemaker or our telemetry so far. But if you are still worried, don't go around with it laying on your chest. …

There is not a cover but there is a case that does pretty much the same thing. Just make sure if you get the case that you do not buy the smart case because that will not work with the original iPad. …

It's very likely, almost eminent actually that if you hold it that way, the smart cover will actuall y detach and your iPad will fall to the ground. DO NOT hold it that way. EVER. …
