Is use of a screen protector for the iPhone 4 recommended by Apple? How likely is the screen to scratch without one?
- Asked by Jane G from Warsaw

Best Answer
The guys down at the Apple Store recommended it for the assurance of no scratches. I don't think this website recommends it. (Could be wrong).
The glass is highly scratch resistive, but they are possible. I've scratched mine twice, but they are only noticeable when pointed out. (I should call them retina-scratches :o). I'm guessing they were caused when I carelessly toss my phone into my coat-zipper-pocket, and the metal zipper rips at the glass.
Just be EXTRA careful when using it, and you should be fine. I still recommend this screen protector though ;P …More- Answered by Nathan V from Pleasant Grove
