    I've been a mophie juice pack user since the iPhone 3G and the product has only gotten better.

    The Juice Pack Air is intended to charge a dead battery up to approximately 70% full and it delivers again and again. If you're looking for a full charge, check out the Juice Pack Plus as it's marginally thicker and delivers a complete full charge.

    The Juice Pack Air is stylish with the two-tone colors (though I wish it came entirely in black) and functional at the same time. My only complaints are that the volume and sleep buttons were pass through like the Juice Pack Plus and that the LED lights would shut off after fully charged. If you have larger fingers the buttons can be hard to push with the opening on the Juice Pack Air and the LED lights can be very bright when they are all illuminated in a dark room.     …More

    Very comvenient for docking in the car

    I was drawn to this product because it has a bottom cap to get access to the dock with the phone still in the case. With Mophie's other offerings, you have to remove a top cap and then remove the phone from the case to dock it. The phone "snaps" into the case, so even with the bottom cap removed, the phone is secure.

    I only have two very minor complaints. Firstly, the status LEDs are rather bright, especially when I charge it on my night stand. I would also prefer that the center of gravity of the case be lower to make the phone easier to type on when in the case. I find that my hands and wrists are straining more to keep the phone upright than with my iPhone 3GS in its Juice Pack Air.     …More

    Great Improvement over last version, but....

    I owned six Mophie Juice packs for my 3Gs and ended up with zero. They would get HOT (was afraid of being burned), wouldn't hold a charge, and were significantly bulkier. On a recent flight, another passenger had the V2 Juicepack Air for the 4s and she evangelized about it's positive improvements.

    So I decided to try again.

    Fixed:
    The heat issue is no longer an issue.
    It charged up overnight (don't know how long, but it was empty when I unpackaged it).
    It "charges" with my old Mophie cables (I had numerous from the previous attempts) connected to my USB hub.

    Annoying:
    I can only "sync" it when it's connected directly to my MPB USB port using the old or new cable. My 1000maH powered USB hub doesn't have the "umph" needed to charge it and sync it.

    Cons:

    It doesnt change over. There is a switch at the side which, when on, charges the phone battery using the stored power in Mophie pack. You can toggle the recharge on or off at your discretion. …More

    No, it will not harm the battery in your iPhone 4s. In fact, if left on the phone, the Mophie Juice Plus will double the life of the battery in the phone. …More

    Yes.

    You can Sync, Charge the phone and the battery pack with the provided USB cable.

    I have one and it is pretty decent. I get about a full charge on a fully charged pack. Although my battery pack does release quite a bit of juice if left unused. I left it once for 3 days and when I used it, it charged about 55% only. Which I guess isnt so bad either. …More
