Screen damage on Macbook Air 2011

    • Written by from Melbourne

Bought this in the Apple store and then used on my Air. Followed instructions which said to spray directly on screen. Bad idea. The liquid seems to have soaked in between the screen and bezel and I now have a flickering backlight and white spot in the left hand corner. Moral of the story is dont follow the instructions and dont spray directly on the screen.

    This is weird

Apple state not to spray directly at the screen, yet they advertise this product which requires spraying the liquid directly into the screen. Confusing?

Average product. The monitor cleaner is great, but the keyboard cleaner has a flimsy retractable Hitler 'tasche that isn't really strong enough to move grime from your MacBook Pro's keyboard when tickling the keys with it.

does exactly as it says, cleans the macbook brilliantly, gives it that 'new' look after cleaning , used it on my new macbook pro, which was relatively clean, and my old macbook, which was filthy, and it looked brand new after use, 100% recommend.

I had tiny specs stuck all over my screen that was just insane to get off. This stuff completely cleaned my screen and keyboard. I got this as a present but it is absolutely worth buying. Fantastic product.

    Pretty good.

Works really well for keyboards and the iMac screen. It's not great for macbook screens because of the lip around the edge. The dirt and grime just get stuck around the edge of the display and are a bit tricky to get rid of.
