    Perfect for a heavy user!

I find this much easier to use than the magic mouse, much easier movement on all surfaces. Especially great when it comes to photo editing and gaming. Great for students, excellent battery life with absolutely no lag whatsoever. It feels very nice and sturdy in the hand, especially great for big hands. Also quite like the invisible optic sensor in the mouse as opposed to traditional visible red LED sensors.

Had no fuss with my Macbook Pro 15 inch with Retina (late 2014 model), works quite accurately from even a 7-10m distance (which is great when you plug your Macbook into the TV). Package included an 'easy open' option which is such a time saver! Also came with 2 AA batteries for the mouse.

Bottom line: Great mouse, long lasting, perfect for just about all users, I personally prefer this of all the Apple mice (I have tried all of them for a few years now!)

Seriously, the best mouse I have ever used: delicate and sturdy. Perfection.

    Very happy

I mislaid my Magic Mouse moving house, and replaced it with this one. I love it. It's simple yet elegant. The touch gestures on the MM meant I was often accidentally starting the Launchpad. No doubt my fault, but no such worries with this one. I would have no hesitation in recommending this.

What a great little mouse. Great battery life, and simple design. A ton of buttons? Nope, and you don't need them. A great mouse for the price.

    The mouse Apple should offer

    • Written by from Ascot Vale

Very happy to find this - there aren't mice that are really good fits for a Mac for those of us who don't like the touch mice. For those after a traditional, non-touch wireless mouse who want bluetooth and an appearance that nicely complements their Mac, this is it. It really is the mouse that Apple should offer for those who don't want the touch mouse.

Size is nice - could be a shade bigger for my taste, but it's not so small that it doesn't feel nice in the hand. The one star I've knocked off is for the centre scroll wheel, which feels a shade loose and is less pleasing than others I've used. However for scrolling I suggest combining this with a touch pad so you can point with the mouse and scroll with the trackpad.

    I absolutely love this mouse

It fits nicely into the hand, can be used just about on any surface, looks good, and can be switched off! A great feature for saving battery power. There may be many other mices around that work just as well but none of them look this good.
It has rescued me from the trackpad which gave me sore fingers. Wonderful product.

    Excellent mouse for Mac use

    • Written by from Toowoomba

As an old-school and long-time Mac user, I'm afraid I don't like trackpads or "Magic Mouse" devices - call it old age, but I find that the mouse pointer keeps heading all over the screen whenever I accidentally brush the surface of the mouse with an errant finger or palm :-(. What I DO want is a mouse that allows positive up/down scrolling with a wheel, and also the ability to pan left and right using that same wheel ………. In short, this Logitech mouse really does the job, and it does it better than any other mouse I've owned. Accurate, good sensitivity, very reliable Bluetooth connection, and set-up was intuitive and trouble-free. I've been using it for a few months now, and am very happy with it. (In fact, my wife tried it out on her Mac today, and she wants one too, so I've just ordered a second one.) Sure, it's more expensive than an el cheap "Windows" mouse you can get in just about any store, but I've tried many a one of those, and they've all failed my usability test as a serious user. Definitely five stars.
