    Worth Every Cent... so far.....

    • Written by from Near Hitchin

How many time have I gotten off a bike at the gym, or any other piece of equipment for that matter, and left my phone/iPod behind only to find it dragging behind me led by the headphones which are firmly pinned to my ears..? Or worse, my head lurches forward/backward when the said phone/iPod gets caught up somewhere en route and before I have realised I am dragging it behind me. Those, and other mishaps I could waffle on for a while about (like the other day when someone caught my headphone lead and dragged me and my iPod down the platform to who knows where) are now all a thing of the past with the glorious freedom of these remarkable little bluetooth headphones. There is a slight issue with them having an extra little black box below each ear bud and you may feel a little conspicuous at first if you are used to wearing earbuds rather than cans but you will immediately start to enjoy the good sound quality, start wandering around deliberately and you then quickly forget you have them on.... and, of course, no more leads. Take some time to get a good fit with the earbuds and positioning of the cushion 'thingies' and they will be more comfortable than your previous favourite ear phones for sure. Even with vigorous activity I have found no problem with them falling out; the cushion 'thingies' seem to take care of things staying put. I think they are nicely designed and well made and pretty much a steel at under a 100 quid. I could agree with another review about the size of the LED indicator light but, if I never have to go through the shame of feeling a prat when my headphone leads get caught up again, I can surely put up with some squinting.

No need too worry, these headphones are worth the pricetag.

I've had theese incredible Jaybirds for two months now, and they are simply worth every penny.

They are very easy to setup & use, they fit perfectly in your ears and the sound is really good. They never fall out of my ears when I'm running or when I'm at the gym & they are of course sweatproof, which is a must.

They are easy to charge (mini-usb), og the batteries last 4,5 hours when fully charged, which is awesome.

Nothing bad to say about these babies.

    Amazing Bluetooth headphones....perfect for exercise

    • Written by from Edinburgh

I only received these headphones a few days ago, but after using them I thought it right to leave feed back for them. Today was quite special for me as not only did I reach 1,000km ran on my Nike+ app, but I also did it using these headphones. I have been searching for the perfect running headphones for quite some time. I thought I had found them with my last set, however after returning my 7th pair due to them breaking because of what I can only assume was due to sweat from running, I thought I should try looking for a headphone specifically designed for exercise. I came across these and although slightly expensive, I decided that with them being sweat proof and having the sweat proof guarantee, as well as being Bluetooth and able or take and make calls, use Siri and control the music while I run, they would be a good investment. And I can 100% say that I was not wrong. Today was the best I have felt running in a long time! I did not realise how tied down I felt with the headphone cable wrapped around my body or flapping around when I ran. With it not being there, I feel as though I am running whilst someone plays music to me through speakers behind me! I hardly noticed I was wearing them. They are incredibly comfortable and I did not have to push them into my ears once, like I normally have to do with other headphones. The adapter which they give you for holding them into your ears is great and not uncomfortable. The sound is slightly more base like than I am used to, but I soon got used to it and it was certainly not a deal breaker. After all, in order to make in ear headphones that are sweat proof, something has to give. I cannot recommend these headphones highly enough for anyone looking for something for either the gym or for out running. 10 out of 10.

Great earphones for all kinds of activity

    • Written by from Essex

I was looking for a bluetooth earphones to replace my wired earphones and headphones. I came across this product and bougth it and guess what? I did not regretting buying it. I do various activity such as running, bodybuillding, skipping and boxing the earphones are great it does stay in my ear. In terms of noise cancellation, i do use london underground and it does isolate the track noise even the loud conversation of the person sitting next to you (fyi: volume is on high level). Btw it is sleek design so it is lightweight to your ear.

    Jaybird Freedom Sprint = Awesome!

    • Written by from Lake Oswego

I had not purchased bluetooth headphone prior to this pair and I was somewhat skeptical based on the firsthand experiences of friends in the past and reviews I had read. I decided to take a gamble knowing that I had an extremely lenient return policy at my disposal if they didn't work out. I have used them twice since picking them up, once for music while running outdoors and once for a baseball game while on a treadmill.

Some tidbits that ran contrary to some of the reviews and made me fall in love with these headphones:
-I was listening to the baseball game over WiFi and left the room for a moment forgetting that my phone wasn't in my pocket. I walked through a set of glass doors about 6 feet from my phone, then another set about 15-20 feet from there before I had the slightest audio hiccup to remind me that my headphones weren't physically connected to my phone (also a potential downfall).
-I listened to an entire baseball game (a little over 3 hours) without the battery dying.
-The treadmill that I was using had a ledge to my left, but within arms reach and I had no trouble with connectivity.

The general things that I liked that weren't specific to any reviews:
-The over-the-ear hooks. I really prefer the hooks.
-The inserts are soft enough that there was no "ear fatigue."
-When listening to rap, the bass sounded great!!
-The carrying case is very solid and a nice addition.

The only thing that I don't like:
-When hanging behind my head the rubber cable sticks to the back of my neck when I sweat a lot (around the second hour of my run). Easily solved by switching the cable to hang in front...
