I have imovie 09, can I import these project to Final Cut Express? I tried and I could not do it! help!

I am new to Final Cut after using imovie for a while so I need to learn but can I import imovie 09? I am not sure how to do it and all the publicity on the site says imovie 08. Thanks.

I have 1080p video shot in MOV and want to burn it on regular DVD's in 1080p to play in PS3 players. What software will do this?

Can I use pan/zoom (Ken Burns effect) on stills in FCE? I don't shoot videos but like to do slide shows with music.

I have been using LQ Graphics Photo-to-Movie, but there seems to be video rendering problems with Snow Leopard. I'm looking for an alternative.

Does FCE do a better job of stablizing video than Imovie? Especially not reducing frame size that is cutting heads off :(Also, less blurring? Thanks!

does it come with the twin feature & the reverse feature?

Can FCE import DVCPro-HD footage?

I have footage taken by a production crew on a visit to my company but iMovie and iDVD can not open the files.

can you import RED files from a Red One camera, straight into final cut express 4 or it thats just Pro 7?

Can I import DVCPRO HD into FCE 3.5. Quicktime 7.6.4 doesn't seem to play it.
