AnswerYes via AirPlay, no via Lighting Adaptor.
They are designed only to work wither via AirPlay or 3.5mm lead from the headphone socket - the stand is for charging only.- Answered by Stephen C

AnswerYes, but only if you are streaming either from iTunes on a computer (which supports multiple speakers natively) or get the 'Airfoi'l software application that 'Rogue Amoeba' sell, which effectively streams from your iOs device, via computer to multiple speakers.

Best AnswerIn my opinion, the larger chambers of these speakers create a much more true, sound with a richer, deeper sound and better base than physically smaller docks like the Air.
Being able to seperate and position the two speakers as you would do with a full system, helps create the right sound in your room.- Answered by Stephen C

Yes, you can output to these over wifi from your MBP using apps that have AirPlay built in (iTunes) or from other apps with a third part app (such as 'Airfoil' from Rogue Amoeba)
