Are EarPods water and sweat resistant?
The issue I've had with previous Apple Earbuds is that they tend to short circuit when they get sweaty during my workouts. Has anything been done to the construction of Apple EarPods to improve their sport performance?

Do the earpods that come with the new iPod nano have remote and mic?
Do the standard earpods for the 7th generation iPod nano come with remote and mic, or will I have to purchase a separate set to get the in-line remote?

I'm planning on buying these earbuds. However, with my previous experience with Apple's headphones, it doesn't take long for them to stop working. Luckily for me I could always go back to the store and replace it thanks to my AppleCare contract. However, that contract is now used up and have no additional warranty for the headphones. Say if I buy the headphones and they become defective (by themselves, no damage caused by me at all), when is the latest I can get an exchange for the headphones? Also is there an AppleCare contract for the headphones alone?

how to properly clean earpod mesh on speakers?
When there is a slight wax build up i usually just wipe with paper towel or carefully use a tooth pic. My concern is the mesh may be getting the wax pushed in, is there anyway to clean the mesh? It seems like someone overlooked this feature of the earpods. I was wondering if there was any type of liquid solution or something similar I could use to dissolve the stuff pushed into the mesh, both sides of my earpods have no sound coming out now except for the two mics on the side, and there is no visible wax in them either.
