will this backpack fit under the airplane seat?

I am going on a trip to england soon and i was wondering if this backpack will fit under the airplane seat so i can use it as a carryon on my flight?

  • Haven't used it myself on an airplane but another review i read said it was an excellent carry on bag for an air plain.
