Will office 2011 be available to run on the iPad?

I Run a company format on my MacBook pro and find it complicated to try to convert from any of the apps I have. Would like to be able to import a template, work on it and be able to send.directly from my iPad, without having to send to my self, make any corrections or adjustments needed before sending.
Also I need to be able to use the photo editing featured of word to be able to have the sizing and locations correct before sending or exporting to my MacBook if that is needed as some locations I go to have no wi-fi or cell phone access, at least not what I would be running. It would be possible to have hard wired Internet at most locations.
