Can I use Apple TV to stream content stored on this?

Here's why I'm asking if I can stream content from the WD 2TB. I'm getting ready to make the plunge and get rid of my PC for an iMac. Along with this change, I also want to:
1) Store all of my digital media (photos, music, video) somewhere other than my laptop's hard drive. I'd like the external storage to have some redundancy built into it (RAID 1 is fine). That's why I was looking at the WD 2TB.
2) Have the digital media accessible by other Macs or PCs on my network
3) Be able to stream the media content to my television (wired or wireless)

Any thoughts or possible solutions?

Yes, this is exactly what I do.
iTunes library stored on the MyBook, and I have 3 different Apple TV's in the house, and they all stream simultaneously :)
    Very cool drive.
Works so well that the 2nd and 3rd Apple TV's I bought are just 40GB versions, as the streaming works so well.
