Can I upgrade my iMac 9,1 OSX 10.5.8 to OSX Lion 10.7.2?  What software will I have to purchase?  What steps will I have to take?

    If it has an intel chip you can. First, you must update to the latest version of Snow Leopard via Software Update. Then go to the Mac app store and search"OSX Lion". After that choose either the server version or the regular version. Click on "Buy" and if you have sufficient funds in your Apple ID account, it will start to download.
