Airport Express, Streaming and NAS

Hi! I'd like to stream my iTunes library from a Netgear ReadyNAS Duo using its built-in Apple iTunes 7.0 server. Can this work with AirTunes on an Airport Express? Like so:

Netgear ReadyNas --> Airport Extreme --> Airport Express as repeater --> Stereo
