how do you scratch?
how can i control the turntables to scratch with the jog wheel?

You use them like you would regular vinyl records - just touch the metal surface and rotate the platters to scratch. If you touch them by the plastic outer rings, you can speed up or slow down the track playing.

Just like a real jog wheel just put yur finger on the wheel and spin it or move it.

typically to scratch is relatively easy. Find a sound sample with moving the platter and move your hands up and down, repeatedely. If you repeat the pattern correctly, you will here a "wiki wiki wiki" sound.
