Answer
I have a Samsung TV and it works with my Airport Extreme wireless network. I have an older AE that is B and G but am upgrading to a new model N Airport Extreme tomorrow. I currently stream VUDU HD movies and Pandora music to my TV and the AE wireless network works pretty well.

Yes - It will work wirelessly. My Samsung "Smart" TV (ES8000 w/ built-in WiFi") integrates A-OK with the wireless LAN (Airport Extreme). My Sony BluRay player with built-in WiFi connects to the Wireless LAN w/no problems. During set up for the TV You will have to enter the security Key (WPA2 "password") you set for your LAN.
You can also connect your Samsung "Smart" TV via a wired (Ethernet) cable direct from your Router or from an Ethernet switch..- Answered by John P from Hampton
