If the Magic Trackpad is used with a MacBook Pro, will it conflict with the onboard trackpad or will they both work properly?
In other words, can the Magic Trackpad be used with a MacBook and/or MacBook Pro?

No, you can safely use it with a MacBook (Pro) running 10.6.4 and the Trackpad Update 1.0

They will both work properly and simultaneously. Neither will be deactivated by the other's presence, although I am not sure what would happen if you tried to due conflicting gestures on both trackpads at the same time.
