Answer
The Apple Magic Mouse is very advanced and can detect when a touch is meant for input into the computer or if it is just a finger resting on the mouse. I have been able to left click and scroll with both my fingers on the mouse without a problem. I can not, however, right click with both fingers rested, but it still is not a major issue and I had never noticed it until I read your query. I would suspect this is because the default way to secondary click on OS X is not actually "right clicking", but "option+click". This can be changed to the standard "right click" by going to:
system preferences/mouse/enable secondary click.- Answered by Patrick W from Harvest
