Yes, if you have "Find my iPad" turned on. I am not sure, this may require that you have iOS 5 loaded on your iPad.

Yes there is a app called find my iphone, download the app, then in the settings menu on your iPad go to iCloud then turn on find my iphone, now when you open the app you can search for your ipad via GPS.
