From where can I get face time for IPhone 4

  It's already on the phone. To use it, go to a contact in contacts, scroll down and at the bottom one of the options will be FaceTime
  Of course it only works in a WiFi zone, and calling someone else with an apple device in a WiFi zone

• of course when ios 6 comes in fall you can have access to facetime over cellular.
