The decision it really up to yourself, if you are a heavy music listener and have a huge library of Apps, iBooks, you take a lot of photo's and videos's etc then the 64GB would be more suitable for you.
Although, I have the 32GB in the 3rd generation iPad with Retina Display and there seems to be a lot of room. But I do not do a lot of the above just apps. But you also have the option of deleting Apps & iBooks when you've finished with them to make some room and if you want them back just simply re-download them when necessary.
