I also use Cisco Remote Desktop with a RSA SecurID FOB to connect to my company network. Tried this last summer with an ipad (Ipad 1) and it worked perfectly. WIll be trying it on the new ipad soon...but expect it will work there too.

Right now, there are not any remote desktop clients from Cisco, but there are other clients from Citrix (Go To My PC), Wyse's PocketCloud, and other great RDP clients. I'm not sure if you would be able to go to a different client to access your work computer from home, but there are not any clients out that will fully support your situation as far as I can tell. That is not to say that a client will not be released in the near future, or that I may be missing existing apps that would support Cisco's software though. I hope this helps!
