Can Ipad2 have Ios5 and Ios6 to download number of apps and movies and tv shows which ask for these versions?

  I believe that you will have to upgrade to iOS6, which is automatic. Personally, I would stay with iOS5 as long as possible because I really do not prefer iOS6, many problems.
