I bought a New iPad in the USA. I want to know can I use the New iPad in China with 4G. I hope someone can help me. Thanks

No, you cannot.
The 4G LTE in the new iPads(3rd generation) will only work with carriers in the United States and Canada. Any where else, you are limited to WIFI and 3G, when available.- Answered by Nate N from West Chester

Of course u can't ,china doesn't provide 4G network ,it just can be used by china Unicom ,
