The pink and white is really cute; but the cover doesn't really stay on well. And the screen protector that came with it is not great quality. It comes off in one corner, the same corner that the case won't stay one. It was a bit cheaper than other cases (I paid $25 for the case, screen cover and stand) but you get what you pay for. …More

I was so excited for this adorable case!
Just four days after putting in on my brand new iphone, I noticed a rip in the bottom to the left of the charger space. I have had a few different cases for my iphone and this one totally rocks ... It fits great and stays on, not to mention, it looks GREAT ... So many people have commented on it in a positive way though they were concerned that with it being white it would get really dirty and fast ... I use this all the time and it has yet to show any signs of dirt ... I even got hair dye on it which just wiped away in a flash and you could never tell it happened ... I would definitely recommend this case to anyone who wants a fun soft cool looking case for their phone ... I am considering getting the turquoise as well now that I know how well it stands up to the abuse one gives their phones ... couldn't be happier with it :) …More

No, it isn't. This case is designed for the 3G/3GS. The original iPhone varies in dimension (slightly) and shape from the iPhone 3G/3GS.
Since this is a silicone case, my guess is that, theoretically, you could slip it on the original iPhone, but it won't be a perfect/snug fit. This case will not line-up well the camera and various buttons and switches. I wouldn't recommend it because it will be a sloppy fit; you should consider getting a case specifically designed for the original iPhone.
