    these are wicked awesome... couldn't ask for anything better for both quality and price.

    exactly like the normal bose in ear headphones, but with an in-line mic.

    the mic also has a button (exactly like the earbuds that come with the iphone) to answer calls, play/pause music, advance track, or go to previous track.

    so basically these guys have the same functionality of the earbuds that come with the phone, but sound quality and comfort is much much much better.

    Finally is what I have to say. Took BOSE long enough! The on-ear is entirely too bulky to carry with my iPhone.

    These are just the In-Ear with an inline mic/button.

    The Apple buds that come with the iPhone are just horrible. Cheap, nasty sound for music, and they will break down on you.

    Now the Pros/Cons

    Pros

    - Great bass

    - Light, small, but well built with powerful no-distortion sound

    - Silicone tips fit in my ear nicely

    - Provided BOSE leather case is great for both the headphones and iPhone.

    - Works with 2G iPhones as well

    - BOSE warranty/Customer service support

    Cons

    - Those same silicone tips are easy to lose.

    - Needs more treble/highs, the sound isn't quite bright enough.

    - There is an abundance of bass, so if it's not your thing it can be a con.

    All in all, coupled with a BOSE Companion 3 and these babies at 0% interest from BOSE for 6 months makes these a great deal for me.     …More

    I've spent way to much money on useless tin sounding earbuds. I know bose makes great speakers but was waiting for a mic for my iphone. these Rock, the bass is as rich as a normal headset, and they do stay in my ears, even at the gym. the only negative I have is that caller's can hear me well enough but not great. That said, the price is right for such a high quality product. …More

    what happened to volume control???? it's the number one thing for me. I turn it loud for the music but would prefer to lower it for voice calls as they tend to get too loud for these in-ear headsets. Don't get me wrong it's a great headset with bass, definitely better than Apple's in-ear headset but without volume control it's essentially useless to me. After all the search for the right iphone headset, I am sticking to the original Apple headset with mic. It's free with the iphone purchase and works best!!! …More

    Confused after reading the review's On-line about the performance and ability of it staying in your ear. Went to the Bose Store in Reagent st and tried one. in 10 mins walked out with brand new one. please note these are not Noise cancellation, It not Iike the normal In-ear earphones which completely shuts out outside noise .

    Amazing clarity, have been listening for 4 hours and still no hint of discomfort. once the music starts there is no hint of outside sound creeping in Option of using the additional neck band for long travels . 3 additional adaptor leads to suit (Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia ) useful pouch to carry your earphones and 2 yrs EU warranty. Really clear Bass and Treble.Would have given 5 stars if the price was a bit less.     …More
