    The music moves with you

With the Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Wireless over-ear headphones the music on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod can truly roam free. The Bluetooth stays connected up to 30 feet away so you easily move about and keep the music going. Take calls, skip songs, and change the volume right from the headphone.

    Feel your music

The Beats Acoustic Engine gives you an intimate, real encounter with your music. Thanks to Beats' signature DSP software delivers the exact emotional experience that Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine, and some of the music industry's greatest rock, hip-hop, pop, electronic, and R&B producers want you to feel.

    Put the world on mute

Silence the noise from your daily commute or the drama from your loud neighbors with Beats' no-compromise dual-mode Adaptive Noise Canceling (ANC). When you're listening to music, ANC automatically strikes a balance between your audio and the world outside. And if you want to use the headphone just to cancel external noise, ANC-only mode automatically increases the level of noise cancellation to make things even quieter.

    What batteries?

The built-in rechargeable battery that lasts 12 hours when using wirelessly and 20 hours when you do decide to plug in—so you can be sure your vibe keeps going. With the Battery Fuel Gauge you can see at a glance how much juice is available. Plus, you can charge the new Studio via standard micro USB adapter almost anywhere.

    Lighter, stronger, and more comfortable

When Beats re-imagined these legendary headphones, they designed it like a beautiful sports car and made disciplined choices. They streamlined the new Beats Studio with fast curves, smooth surfaces, and no visible screws. It now weighs less than the original and has a lighter, stronger, and more comfortable headband. The ear cups are softer and there's an ergonomic bellow to create a flexible, custom fit for every head shape, so you can keep your music all to yourself.

I'm not a fan boy, I tried (& quickly returned) the original Beats Studio & Beats Executive as they were both garbage from an audio perspective.

Sorry so called audiophiles - I tried B&W P7 & Sennheiser Momentum Over Ears but for my predominantly Hip Hop, R&B & Reggae library the Beats are clearly the superior audio option.

They're far from neutral sounding, the bass is heavy but it's controlled & doesn't distort at high volume. The highs are bright while the mid range is surprisingly clear.
Add to that the wireless function & the 12 - 20 hour rechargeable battery & it was an easy win.

Picked mine up in store in the UK although strangely they're still not on the Apple UK online store?

The 30 foot bluetooth range is great, as I never experienced a dropped connection or static as I moved 15-25 feet away from my iPhone 5s.

I love the black matte finish. It's stylish and fashionable at the same time, yet subtle enough to wear in a corporate environment, if desired. They have a slimmer profile, are lighter and sleeker than the previous generation; thus, you won't feel uncomfortable wearing these as your main everyday headphones.

These have replaced my B&W and Klipsch headphones. I'm a fan! Great purchase.

For 380$ theres shouldn't be one. you cannot watch anything, it is really distracting because it can very to very slight to as noticeable as 2 seconds! This problem is resolves by plugging in but then why are you buy a pair of wireless headphones? I think most people don't have an issue because they are only using them to listen to music and they sound great. Its unfortunate because Apple does not tolerate these basic flaws. It does not "just work." If you can get passed that they are great. Also there is a noticeable difference between the volume limits when wired or wireless. I can't believe more people have not noticed these things.

  • Outstanding Piece of Audio Engineering!

    5.0 out of 5 stars

I got these headphones on a trip to the US. I was slightly hesitant to buy them originally because of the price but when I bought I got these headphones on a trip to the US. I was slightly hesitant to buy them originally because of the price but when I bought them they were amazing. Amazing sound quality, amazing style and comfort and the sound Cancelling is in a league of its own. Brilliant for anything; from Flights to home use, these headphones are for everyone and are all round outstanding.

The Beats Studio Wireless certainly sound better (to my ears) than either the Bowers & Wilkins P5, Bose QC15 or Bose AE2W. They have the benefits of the Bose QC15 (having noise cancellation) and Bose AE2W (being wireless but no noise cancellation) so really the best of both in terms of features and sound better than either.

Although not my primary concern they also 'look' better than either of the Bose headsets and although I was also considering the Bose QC25 the Beats Studio Wireless sound / look great and can be used wireless or wired.
